How Well Do You Maintain Balance?

by Ed Caldwell

When speaking to most of my clients I most often hear how busy they are and how they wish to create more work/life balance. As they continue and I listen they speak as if it is not in their control because of all the demands currently in their lives. They have good intentions, but present themselves as helpless in what to do. Sad, isn't it?

If trying to maintain balance in your life makes you feel like a tightrope walker, you're not alone. Most of us have so many demands on our time and energy, life can feel like a three-ring circus. Take this quiz to see how well you are meeting responsibilities, while also recognizing and fulfilling personal needs and wants.
